Farewell from...

It was with heavy hearts that, in January 2024, we decided to come out of estate agency.  We love what we do, but the economic climate in recent times has been challenging, to say the least.  So, after nearly 25 years of working together, Julia, Emma and I have moved onto pastures new.

A huge thank you to all our wonderful clients and customers for their custom and support over the years – we have loved working with you. A huge thank you to Julia Baughan and Emma Maston for your hard work and unceasing support and friendship over so many years. We wish you every success and happiness in your future endeavours.  We will of course be meeting up for lunch regularly to catch up! Huge thanks also to Martin Harvey and Shane Wood, our wonderful accompanied viewers, to the lovely Paul Barnett for all our EPCs and floor plans, and to the fabulous Jo Branagan, our bookkeeper.

Julia is focusing on one of her greatest passions – skincare and make-up! Julia works with Avon selling a host of wonderful skincare, cosmetics, haircare and perfumery products. Emma is now focusing on working as a BACP-accredited qualified counsellor. She has been working at Cruse Bereavement Counselling, as well as at House of Light, which specialises in perinatal counselling. Emma is planning to set up her own private counselling practice soon. Oliver has decided to become a full-time surveyor working for himself. Over the last few years, alongside being an estate agent, he has been a Consultant Surveyor for Graham Gibbs Associates in Hessle, carrying out Homebuyer surveys, building surveys, structural and damp surveys, and tree proximity reports.
